Every program is delivered at no cost to mothers in Los Angeles, South LA, and Inglewood — designed around the needs mothers express during recovery and delivered through community partnerships and trusted local spaces.

Postpartum Doula Services
Certified, full-spectrum doula support delivered in homes and trusted community spaces, provided at no direct cost to eligible mothers.
- Two trained doulas currently deployed in the community.

Movement & Nervous System Support
Postpartum-safe pilates and somatic movement programming, developed in partnership with Flow Pilates LA and Prolific Fit.
- Flow Pilates LA has served 12 mothers to date.
- Prolific Fit partners on somatic movement programming.
- Delivered inside the Life Skills Program Parent Wellness Series with Partners for Children South LA.

Maternal Mental & Emotional Support
Peer-led support circles, individualized check-ins, and warm referrals for mothers navigating postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.

Health Education & Screening Advocacy
Helping mothers understand their rights, request appropriate labs and screenings, and interpret results within a fragmented system.

Product & Wellness Sponsorships
Postpartum essentials and wellness products delivered directly to mothers through partners including 1987 Juices, Miles and Milan, and Soul Maison.

Hands-on guidance through enrollment, documentation, appointments, and follow-up so coverage translates into actual care.

The Love Reserve
Family-centered education for partners, fathers, and kin — including men's postpartum support — because postpartum recovery is a household investment, not an individual event.
- Beyond Birth has reached more than 50 participants to date.
